To change the pose, select the character that you want to adjust.  You’ll see the menu of options appear on the timeline, including pose, rotation, delete, and keyframe deletion.  Choose pose to adjust your object.

Select an appendage marker with a mouse click.  Then move the marker to move the appendages or adjust the character.
